I really appreciate you for understanding! I double-checked with our resources, and it shows it was shipped via Convoy # 1737818 (Hansen And Adkins Auto Transport) Ramp 4F, Dixiana, SC as of 5/2/22. It is an estimated delivery date of 5/6/22 showing right at this moment. This is an estimated date shown on our end, so this can change (I hope not, though).

Ford's communications and order/delivery processes are just so broken. You should be able to get more information. They know the issue, just be honest and tell what it is.

Exactly. I’m ok with whatever the issues are if they would just communicate and let us know Vs getting different info. They say talk to the dealer but the dealer says they don’t have any additional info

Chat and or marketing will give you a date. If they say a date delivered to the dealer, it’s actually the date it’s supposed to come off chip hold

When you chat, the dates they give is the 6 day window it supposed to enter the next phase, for me they said to come off chip hold. But if you call, they will give you the same dates but will tell you those dates are for delivery

Thanks, I was surprised how fast they moved it once it was at the yard. It took a little over 2 weeks to get from Dearborn to Wilmington DE. They offloaded it and delivered within 72hrs.

Did your WS say Convoy? Mine does, but looks like it just got sent to a rail yard. I am now in a real crunch for time. I leave on 5/14 for 3 weeks in South Africa. I was supposed to use the truck move my kid from college on 5/11.

Also, I forgot, how did you track on the train. I know it is in the forums, but too exasperated.

Don't suppose this also works for CNR (Canadian National Railways). I have a railcar from chat, but I'm also unsure why it's using CNR when it's coming to WA. I could not see them routing through Canada.
