My thoughts were that the pan should be stamped aluminum when I saw it was plastic upon inspection of mine when it was new. Plastic pans (especially in that area) seem like a lousy idea as it gets brittle with age. It’s not as protected as a valve cover or intake manifold. Hope it’s fixed!

Looks like we are both experiencing the same problem at the same time - This is your Dx sumary from the Tech I assume (?) - Your Dealer is waiting on parts too (?) ... If you know, what is the orange engine oil dye comment all about and the RE and RE (repair and replace?) ?Appears to be a cracked transmission pan.

They don’t have an appointment booking slot with their transmission tech. until the 16th for me so I have a couple of weeks to wait. Assuming that it’s okay to drive for a bit so they topped up the fluid while I wait for the date. I believe the dye is so they can use a UV light to see exactly where it’s leaking from. When I asked them what parts were on order they said ‘pan assembly’, hopefully it’s here by the time my appointment comes.

That would be very very appreciated ... My 2023 F150 Lariat PB VIN is 1FTFW1ED3PFC46350 (built to order last July) - I dropped it off at Koerner Ford 805 West Genesee Street Syracuse NY 13204 (315) 474-4282 (Service Writer is "Doc") - He said they received in the new Trans Pan but were waiting on clarity on the the "one time use" instructions details ? I asked if he meant gasket(s) / bolts and he was not clear or specific as what was needed to complete the repair for me - My phone number is (315) 657-5655 and I would certainly welcome insights and direct suggestions in accomplishing this repair efficiently

Hfyver et al - I'm back in my Truck - New Pan installed, no leaks so far .... My "shoot from the hip" Failure Analysis agrees with you all that it is over torque and / or torque sequence of the Pan Bolts but the Pan Resin design selection might of avoided all of this for us - The addition, or increase of the fiber content in the Resin would of prevented a crack to begin with or at least stopped it from propagating to the outside perimeter
