Following - My 2023 Powerboost with 7,500 miles went into my local Ford Dealer yesterday for exactly this same problem - My pics / problem look identical - Tech has not removed the Pan but says he sees a crack at one corner that he assumes is over torque induced at that nearest bolt location...
