22 F150 XLT Rear Seat Base Locking mechanism not working

I’ve looked at several diagrams and I can’t identify specifically what part is connected to the rear seat to stay locked down 60/40 (driver side)

As of now I can manually lift the bottom when previously it needed the pull to be used to release the bottom to fold up, and also to release and lower

Any parts masters know what part it is that is needed?

I drive a 21 F150 XLT and I just lift the bottom cushion to raise it up and it locks in place. I have to pull the strap on side of the seat to release it to set the bottom cushion back to seating position. I have never had to pull anything to raise it. This is the same for the single seat on the passenger side.

I am fairly certain that my base wouldn’t lift without pulling the strap, but I might have just been pulling it instinctively and it didn’t need to be….

Just trying to confirm from other owners - and I’m going to a dealer to look at another truck to check

On my 22 only the backs lock. Can lift the bottoms no locks

Same on mine only locks in up position both sides.
