ya dont say??! You mean a leaf spring setup will be different than coil springs and 4 link???? ground breaking stuff my guy.

my point was the tires weight rating, PSI, vs the weight of the vehicle. Reducing tire pressure helps a lot.
Breathe…. Don’t get mad.

Great build combo! I like the +25 wheel offset over the +0 that many people choose.

Regarding the suspension, give it more time and miles to break-in. My ‘24 RCSB settled in after about 4,000 miles…

Update:
I talked to bilstein and they said the front 8112s are a “misapplication” and said I wouldn’t be able to warranty them if anything went wrong. Oddly the rear 8100s are good for my rig.
They also said to lower the preload on the springs to try to mitigate the harsh ride.
I thought this might be the case from the beginning but my supplier (shock surplus) said they should work fine, which sounds like the guy at bilstein wasn’t to happy about lol.

Anyways after hearing their advice to lower the lift on the coil overs, I dropped down the adjustment a good bit and now the front ride is pretty good! Interesting I didn’t loose much lift. The rear end is still pretty rough but I hope after adding a tonneau cover and all my tools and recovery gear it will help soften it up.

To help add weight to my front end to make the ride even better, I’ve got a hidden winch setup from SwarfWorks on the way and I plan on installing a full set of 1/4 steel skid plates from RCI.

Thanks man! yeah originally I was gonna go with 0 offset but after hearing that they would stick out 1.75” I was like “oh hell know” lol.
Doesn’t seem anyone runs +25 offset for some reason.

Does RCI make a skid for our gas tank?

Says they do for the our 23 gallon tanks, but apparently it won’t fit on our 122 wheelbase truck.
I would really like it if they made rock sliders for our trucks!

That's what I was afraid of. I have a "full" set of Talon's Garage skids on my RCSB but no gas tank skid. Our tanks a plastic. They need a skid. Who is more likely to take their truck onto a gnarly trail... RCSB 4X4 or some dude with a big long crewcab? Crazy to me how no one makes a gas tank skid for our trucks.

I have a set of rock sliders that I took off my jeep that are the same length as the factory steps on my truck. I have a shop that will modify and install them for me.

Yeah I’m sure it 28 psi would make it better but probably not enough to avoid weird tire wear.
I’m gonna eventually mount my tools and off road recovery in the bed which should help, I’m also thinking about getting a winch.
I’m gonna email bilstein and ask if they can revalve, tune, or get me lighter springs.
if that’s not a option then I might think about Fox 2.5 DSCs from accutune. But in the end off road performance is a priority since i really use my truck.
The only way to know for sure is to chalk test them. I run 38F/35R on my powerboost, which would probably have 800(ish) pounds over your pickup. I have run my tires as low a 25 psi for bombing down forest service roads and they feel amazing but do have a little bit of sidewall squirm in hard corners, at that low pressure.

did you initially adjust them higher or were they stiff from the Bilstein factory setting.

Glad it feels better now though.

Just installed the winch setup!
I got the winch mount from SwarfWorks and I got a Warn XP-10s, so far I’m in love with this setup and it will allow me to get into some gnarly places. Hopefully should make the front end ride better too.

Update:
Since I last posted I’ve installed:
FP tremor skid plate
XLT storage bin center jump seat
Rigid 360 SAE fog lights
MagSafe phone charging mount
Kicker CS 6x9s
Dynamat on doors and on interior back panel
UPR catch can
Tremor aero shield delete covers

Went on a trail ride with a bunch of raptors and crazy long travel trucks and my rig with my Billy’s was able to keep up just fine!

Which Tremor Skid plate did you install? I ask because it looks like the 2024 Tremor F150 version is slightly different from the 2021 through 2023 version.
