Ordered my 25 king ranch a round Sept 3 received email from ford Sept 7th, sent Chip from Granger a text asking if he had any information about my vehicle got email back vin and scheduled Dec 9-13

Ordered a 2025 Platinum with 702A package on 9/23/2024, with priority code of 11. I have a VIN with the F150 scheduled for production the week of 12/16/2024 according to Ford ‘s order tracking site. Never got an email or any communication from Ford or the dealer. Just happened to have logged into my Ford Pass account and my order with VIN and Production week was posted.

I ordered a 2025 XLT 5.0 on 9/26/2024, my dealer blew me off so I finally used Ford chat to ask for an update and turns out it was assigned a VIN & put on the schedule back on 10/17 for a build week of 12/02/24! Never got an email update at all so I’m glad I read about others using the chat for an update!

We both ordered on the same day KR, but mine is the short bed PB. Wonder if that's the difference in scheduling?

Very exciting. We have same build week. Hope they are able to ship without any holds as soon as they are done. Out to Arizona looks like it takes 2 to 3 weeks by train then to dealership

Why i'm writing here, could you please explain why a lot of you guys order from Granger even tho they are located half the country away from you? Is it different from ordering from a local dealer?

What is the 25 order banks? Where are they?
What is priority code, who assigns them and how to change it?

Welcome to the Forum!

Many of us order from Granger because they offer the lowest price and a hassle free transaction upon delivery - no add on's or exorbitant fees. They are a Forum sponsor and you can find their offer on the Forum by searching their name. We find that it still saves money to pick the vehicle up in Iowa and drive it home.

The "order banks" are Ford's order system that is accessed by the Dealer's when you order from them. The Dealer assigns the priority code to your order depending upon a number of factors - you just have to discuss it with them. I don't know how much effect the priority codes have on the speed of your order, but my experience is little to none lol.

Lots of good questions. Some people order from granger for service and price. I have good local relationship so no other value to use them for me. And in az, too far away. 25 order bank means you can now place your order with Ford through the dealership. priority code , the lower the better on when ford will schedule or build. Assigned by dealership. Hope that helps.

Ordered 5.0 Lariat BAP Ultimate yesterday 11/13/24. Build date 1/6/25. Granger doesn’t mess around. ?

Last truck I bought from them was an F350 ordered in August of 23 and took delivery in Feb of 24. Different ballgame now.

According to Ford order tracking updated on 11/13/24, my truck went into production 11/12/24.
I downloaded the window sticker and it shows a Nov 13th date.
This has to be about the last of the 2024 F150's to be built.
I am waiting for the "Built button " to be checked

I ordered a 2024 RCSB several weeks before you did, and it is not scheduled to be built for another week or so. If my order is actually built, it will likely be the last 2024 to roll off the assembly line at the Kansas plant (LOL).

Similar story here. Ordered a 2024 RCSB in April, I was scheduled for the week of 11/4 (with a blend date of 11/10 which is Sunday, strangely enough) then actually marked in Production on 11/12. I was glad to see it finally moving along!
