Id suspect they are just as "good" as previous years. It will come down to your personal opinion as the vast majority of F150 owners are happy with their truck as delivered, but havent experienced upgraded suspension components. In my opinion, swapping to at least a nice set of rear shocks helps towing stability on these trucks; i.e. Bilstein 4600/5100, fox 2.0's, etc. My '22 certainly benefitted from the Fox 2.0's when it comes to towing my 19' boat, 21' TT, and loaded box trailer. I installed the rears first and it helped tremendously decrease the floaty boat feeling and kept the rear more planted.

Ditto, I replaced rear shocks with Bilstein 5100s, ,, Big difference. I tow a 22 foot 5500 lbs tandem travel trailer. 2024 F150 4WD 302a 3.5 eB

I switched to the Bilsteins 5100s on the rear, right away. Makes a huge difference. Keeps the rear end from bouncing around and when towing our 5500 lbs tandem travel trailer, everything feels better.
