2024 RCSB XL - adding dash center speaker

Hi, all,

Has anyone added a center channel speaker to your 2024 XL? If so, is the harness already there? I located a speaker assembly, but not sure about the wiring that may already be there. The speaker assembly doesn’t have a harness.

Also, is coding needed or is it plug and play?

Look up the Kicker Key2004 amp, it has build in amp power, and DSP which will make the center stage much better than adding a dedicated speaker. The DSP tuning helps imagining similar to adding a center speaker would. But much cheaper!

For my 2024 XL, it is not pre-wired.

I highly recommend against adding the center speaker. I had one and removed it. Many others have as well. It overpowers everything else.
