2024 Powerboost Instrument Cluster Screen Not Working

The powerboost instrument cluster is not working, it is blacked out. There was an accident and airbags were deployed, then we fixed it and put new airbags, the screen was working even after the accident before putting the airbags but now it is not. Yesterday they checked the fuses and electrical connections and everything was in place. I noticed that after disconnecting and reconnecting the small battery at the back of the back seat, the screen turned on but only showing "PRNDM", then after a while it went off again showing nothing. Any Ideas?

Maybe disconnect both 12v batteries at the same time. Leave disconnected for a minute then try again. If you are lucky, it will be covered under warranty. If not, part of your insurance for accident repairs.

Update: Yesterday the problem was solved, after re-checking fuses (all fine), disconnecting 12V batteries for a while, scanning OBD, etc.. we found that the instrument cluster signal was not found, so we tracked all electrical connections and we found a loose connection located under the arm rest (you need to dismantle the whole thing to check because it is way down there near the airbags computer. After connecting it again it worked and cluster is back to normal.
