I have had my new 2024 F150 STXFX4 for about a month now, the truck is great. I love it. I drove it to the mountains and on the curvy roads there is a lot of body roll. So I looked into a rear Hellwig sway bar that said it was for a 21 to 24, and it doesn’t appear it will work . My truck came with dual exhaust out the back from the factory. It looks like the muffler is in the way on the passenger side for the sway bar link, the driver side looks like it will clear. Watching installation videos the link clears the muffler on other trucks, But it will not on mine. Has anyone else ran into this problem with a new truck? or could it be just the dual exhaust model F150. I called my Ford dealer and spoke to the parts department, they said they do not make a sway bar for my 2024 only 2023, that says it will not work on a 2024.
so it looks like there’s no rear sway bar for my new truck, which is disappointing unless something is in the work somewhere. Not sure how to eliminate the body roll without one.
Any input would be helpful.

Dont need a sway bar....try shocks first. OEM shocks on pickups pretty much suck. Dont have to go crazy either with Fox for example. Dont have to spend much to upgrade

You will be suprised how planted it will feel by just replacing shocks.

It does not have fox shocks you have to step up to a Tremor to get them, The STX FX4 now comes with Ranchero front shocks called off road tuned front shocks, I think the rear shocks are standard but the truck rides smooth. it just has body roll. I was thinking better rear shocks may help, I crawled under my truck and it looks like the sway bar link would rub on the muffler. I called hellwig this morning and they requested some pics, so I sent some and they said they would get back, I called Steeda and they said they are working on a bar for the 2024 but not available yet.
Thanks

I'd wait until someone comes out with a swaybar that fits before trying new shocks. Good shocks might help but they are no replacement for a swaybar. I have a 23 and I'm probably going the swaybar route as well- but I have several options that will work on my truck.

Since I have a smooth ride I don’t want to change the shocks right now. At least not the front anyway, My thoughts were to put a 2 inch leveling block in the front and have it realigned.. That would keep my stock ride and a sway bar will cure the body roll, that’s what I’m looking for. I’m not going to do any heavy off-road, but I do tow my boat to rivers and lakes where I’m off in the dirt some times.. I’m going to get a sway bar when they have one that fits.
Thanks for the input,
