So excited to get my new Powerboost. Driving it home I noticed that there was a vibration. So I took it into the dealer service. After a couple of hours they reported that they could not replicate the problem. I had a manager ride with me and he confirmed that it was vibrating. They roadforced balanced the wheels and said it was better. It was not better. So they came and picked up the truck and said that they could feel the vibration. They rebalanced the wheels. And said that they were going to change out the driveline. Got the truck back with no paperwork of work done. Still vibrating. When driving and I put it in neutral. The vibration goes away. I called the service manager with no answer and no voicemail ? Left shaking it out in Utah

Hi there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your concerns on my end.

Any updates on the issue? I am chasing the same, and the official account (which are just social media reputation management, best I can tell) aren't any help.

Same issue with my Platinum 3.5EB 2024 that I picked up on Sept 28. From 35 mph plus shake and shutter from rear end area accelerating and decelerating. Has 3.55 max tow rear axle. They gave me a loaner for another issue a brand new XLT non-max tow axle and it was smooth on the road at all speeds.

Waiting for dealer to schedule in and will post journey to fix.

Along the way, take a look at the U-Joints. One would think on a new vehicle they'd be pristine. However, a non-greased one might have snuck in, leading to quick brinnelling of the bearing cups and rollers and then vibration. The vibration, in my experience, would come and go with power applied versus coasting. First time I ran into this, years ago, it kicked my butt zeroing in on it. Weeks and weeks and weeks of what the... I ended up replacing the U-Joints on spec and voila... vibration went away. Nowadays, When I hear/feel that vibration coming and going with load, I just go in and replace the U-Joints.

Hi there! I can look into your F-150's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your F-150’s VIN?

Mr. Ford, I need the same help with my 2024 F-150 King Ranch. It's really disappointing to have an $82,000 truck, with 4,105 miles on it, be anything but perfect.

I'm not sure I know exactly how to message you on here. Can you please message me? Thank you very much.

How do you message Ford Motor Company?

Similar problem here. I need advice before I go without my $82,000 King Ranch that only has 4,105 miles on it. I've had 2 new sets of tires on this truck and still the same shake is there. The truck has been aligned twice also. The last time it was done by Dan Cummins Ford in Lexington / Nicholasville, Kentucky. I feel like this has to be a drivetrain issue of some kind. I am not patient at all. For tax purposes, I usually trade trucks every 1 to 2 years. I love this truck but I haven't loved dealing with this issue. I don't know of many Ford dealerships that I am confident can do the work necessary to figure this out. I purchased this truck on July 27, 2024, from Don Franklin Ford in London, Kentucky. What do I do?

Yep, I saw that. Ford doesn't want many people messaging them. I have a guy who is local to me here in Kentucky who called me yesterday. He has this same issue...
