2023 F150 build date

Just received the official email from Ford that my '23 Lariat Screw has been built. Mine is pretty loaded but does not have BlueCriuse. See signature for details. Ordered day 1 and had an original build date of 10/24/22 (first official build day for '23).

Ford email 11/4- ETA 11/17-11/23
Status- appears to be setting in Dearborn.
Recommend- don’t get excited until you see ‘the whites of the headlights’

yes, It took me a few day's before I could see the WS even though it said it was there.

Do all the trucks leave Dearborn by rail? or do any go by Semi trailer? I have read conflicting things, mine says Convoy, some peoples say Rail. I have read that it says convoy if you are sent by rail to a yard and then convoy from there. but wondering , do any shipments by truck start at the plant and go straight to dealers? or are we all at the whim of the pending rail strike?

haha.. thats too funny! I guess it just confirms my confusion! I dont think even Ford is too clear on how they ship trucks. or when.
I sure wish Ford had a program like the Corvette factory does.
Every time we drive past the Corvette museum and stop my wife wants to buy a Corvette just to take delivery in the museum lobby.

Sounds like they may have as semi-truck of f150s in Dearborn currently that need to go to Granger. I had a blend date 11/13 and awaiting shipment now. Maybe some logistic person will figure that out and send them all in one load.

My window sticker states CONVOY, and assumed this was all by truck. I live about 2 hours from Detroit and hope it doesn't go by rail.

I ordered a Supercrew 6.5' bed with 5.0 v8 (Platinum trim) on 8/8. Got my Ford order confirmed email on 8/9 and then got sorry supply chain delays continue to affect production but promise to update you in 45 days this morning (9/26).

In my head, I'm personally thinking it's going to be early spring 2023 or later!

As of last Thursday 11/17 I got VIN and scheduled to be built week of 12/19. We will see how much more it slips but progress getting VIN / build date even though it will likely change

SO.. who else is hoping that tomorrow ( monday) brings news of our trucks "awaiting shipment" are actually shipped ?

Talked to chat today. ETA was pushed from 11/22-11/28 to 11/25-12/01.

I am hoping, wishing? dreaming? that maybe Ford will want to move some inventory before the close of the 4th Quarter and get some trucks to the dealers. wishful thinking huh
