2023 F-150 5.0 random rough starts when warm

The plug shown has coloration more in line expected in the engine application
Still seems the Gap is too large, from the photo.
Plug may even be a range too Hot.
The ground strap has been heating all the way back to the threaded body.

If it's only one cylinder, take a look a few more times to see if it still exists.
If yes, one of the Injectors for that cylinder may be leaking.
On start-ups the port Injector is always used for mixing with incoming airflow for about 15 seconds +/-, then Injection is transferred to the Direct injector and Idle should smooth out.

Checked the cylinder again , nothing pooled up on the cylinder but it did look wet, I was able to flip the camera 180 and look at the head and valves , looked kinda wet on the head and valves , camera smelled like fuel really bad when I pulled it out

Not always easy to tell by pulling the plug, have to do multiple pulls of it. If piston is headed toward BDC on intake stroke fuel was sprayed and not ignited. I had the same thought when I did the plugs on the 454 in my boat. Another cycle of the engine and it was a different plug, and then a different plug and the previous ones were now dry. Whoever is BDC is gonna have raw gas.

If that cylinder is consistently wet an injector test is in order. It is not unheard of for the lower (DI) injectors to leak on the 5.0 and 3.5 Eco.

The plug with the yellow glazing on the insulator tip was from that cylinder , all the other ones looked like the second picture /still white , would this point to anything. There was also a lot of gunk on the threads

My 2018 F-150 does the same thing, not 100% about why it's doing it. Have you found any potential fixes for this?
