2022 PowerBoost Bad Drive Mode Solenoid?

Bought the truck as an unsold 22 (special order never picked up) a few weeks ago. Service Engine alert - brought in twice. The first time they said it was a programming issue. Now they say it's the drive mode solenoid. The error I am seeing on my app is a powertrain issue so that kind of makes sense. Has anyone had this issue and needing a new solenoid for the drive mode switch?

Haven't seen anything like this on the forum yet. Those parts are in all of the 10 speeds though and it should be a quick fix.

Yes i hope so. I gave it to them to work on this week while traveling. Part is supposed to be in today. We shall see. So far it's the only issue after 300 miles. Cross fingers.

This is a subjective opinion but a lot of 2022's sat in a field for months waiting for parts during supply chain shortages. I have seen quite a bit of electrical issues coming from 22s because of rodents getting to the lines while they sat. Also some gasket issues. It's not a problem until its a problem so make sure youre inspecting your truck top to bottom for leaks at least once a month.
