Hello all. I have a 22 PowerBoost and the tow mirrors make a horrible noise when folding and unfolding. It's basically a loud squeak sound when opening and closing. Dealership says they all do that. I guess tht means because they all do that there is no intent to fix? Any idea on a fix?

I had this on my 22 and they replaced a solenoid of some sort and the problem was resolved.

Yes i hope so. I gave it to them to work on this week while traveling. Part is supposed to be in today. We shall see. So far it's the only issue after 300 miles. Cross fingers.

Interesting you say that. When I FIRST took the truck for a test ride there was a 12V error. It has not come up since then. I may just do it since I've heard also that there have been some defective batteries out there. Should I just get a Ford replacement or is there another one you recommend?
