2022 Lariat to XLT Head & Tail Light Swap

I have a 2022 XLT that I would like to put head and tail lights on from a 2022 Lariat. I'm familiar with FORScan, just not sure on the wiring harness side of things. Will it be as simple as swapping parts between the XLT and Lariat, or would I need to cut and splice plugs or wires?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've only got the XLT for the weekend, as the plan is to sell it at auction next week.

It's quite a bit of work and requires custom harnesses and multiple modules in addition to the lights themselves and the forscan changes. If your selling the truck next week, its not worth the time and effort in my opinion.

Bummer. I was hoping it would be a easy-ish swap but had a feeling it was gonna be pretty involved! Oh well.
Any others parts worth swapping in your opinion?

Depending on your preference, you can swap the grilles, mirrors and tow hooks pretty easily.

The mirrors on my XLT have the cameras but the Lariat mirrors do not. Can I switch the cameras to or do they only work on the specific mirror they're on?

I wouldn't mess with it then. If they both had them, it would be an easy swap.

I'd really love to swap the seats and center console, but my XLT has the column shifter ?
