2021 limited HEV Stop safely Now

Parked truck now have stop ? safely now and full accessory power active.
FDRS gives these perm error codes in pics

I have replaced both batteries and have on charger while working on system.

FDRS has a APIM update “sync” I can install on usb. Hoping after this I can update gwm a software But part of the process asks me to start truck to update sync and well truck won’t start.

Is this going on a flatbed to the dealer ? Or anyone seen this issue before and can be fixed in software ?

Parked at my work Saturday went to leave got SSN and full power accessory errors. Left it over night came back Sunday. Same issues ordered a mongoose and it arrived on Tuesday so started trying to trouble shoot soc on 12 v low so put 2 new batts in today.
Went and bought a large batt charger to keep charged while running FDRS. Noticed this truck has updates including GWM-A but first need to update APIM to access new GWM modules will attempt tomorrow. Truck won’t start and during upgrade of APIM it requests engine start. Hopefully it will work on charger and engine not started. After all the updates if still does not work I will assume it’s hardware and will have to have hauled to ford.

Kinda looks like a cooked contactor, you're not going to patch your way out of that but I don't have diagnostic procedures for the code. If the coil has burned out, it's the first we've heard of around here. Mach-E had loads of contactor welding going on and there's a tiny fraction of them on the road.
