The key is having the newer (not necessarily the latest) IPMA software. I enabled it on my truck on 9/2/2023, so I must have been on Sync 23159 when I enabled it. At the time, I had to side-load the IPMA software from a 2023 F150 onto mine to be able to do it, so most likely, if a truck is still behind on their Sync software, they most likely have older IPMA too and that would be the reason it won't work.

Just curious, how fires one side load the IPMA software from a different model year truck?

1. 360 view is the top-down view of the truck when in reverse or at forward low speed. someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I have never seen this view able to be used at speed (WITHOUT A TRAILER) and I don't believe there is a configuration value for this to be done, but there is for a connected and configured trailer.

Did I accidentally notice your message, do you have a 360 view or does the front camera automatically work at low speeds? I have to use the button on the front panel to launch the front view (not to mention the 360 view) at low speed, it doesn't turn on by default.

Check this value and make sure you have an 8 there:

Just finished my trailer side view turn signal and the Silence Mode changes. Three easy changes and now look what I have:

To expand on @rugedraw's post above, if you're moving slow and an obstacle is detected, then with that configuration value the 360 view will come on automatically; otherwise you have to hit the button to see the 360 view when stationary or moving slowly forward.

That's exactly how it works for me. It's very inconvenient. In Toyota, everything worked in automatic mode up to 15 or 20 km/h.

Plug in to forcsan and check the module details of the IPMA. Latest strategy is BBC.

@im4seven Jim, if you have the short bed, then your settings seem fine to me. I would advise the following:
1. Reboot all of the modules that are involved in this configuration change.
2. Reset DTCs to check for any still in existence. If there are any related to these modules screen shot the details so we can see what's up.
3. I note that GFHB has been reported to only work on '21 and '22 now. If that's true, it may be because of an OTA software update. If you've had any updates to these modules either by OTA or FDRS, it may be the issue for you as well.

Thats all I've got; failing all that maybe tag Livnitup to see if he can help, but try these first as he's a busy man.

Thanks, I'll try that. It is a 21. I was wondering if the settings in the HCM might be different for CCD AND scales, vs CCD only.

Has anyone changed settings to make the truck switch to Manual mode when you press the +/- instead of locking out gears? I have a raptor wheel on my 22' XLT and I want to press a paddle and make the truck go Manual like any other car with paddle shifters.

Im digging thru the forscan code for ideas on how to enable this functionality but I need an experts help lol

This is the Raptor manual mode section of the manual; I'd say you're out of luck there:
