Did you have any errors with FORscan and your HVAC Module? I keep getting an error on mine, and looking into it I found this can happen if FORscan isn't compatible with a new revision of a module yet. Have you gone back in and verified the value changed?

I'm on version v2.3.48. No errors when writing to the module and verified the value changed. It looks like they just released v.49 today so I may try running that version, revert the HVAC back to stock and re-apply the change and see if that helps.

Correct No OTA updates because I live in KUWAIT. And all 2021 F150 provided by the dealer don't have a modem or wifi connection. So all modules should be updated manually.

Yes, there is a difference between the old and new APIM update.

Also, You can use the Unreal theme as it described in the Forscan Sheet. It will change the whole theme.

If you want to install the new APIM update just call the dealer and take an appointment. They will do the job but it will take time.

No need to install the Unreal theme to get full CarPlay. Just update the to the latest APIM firmware then you will get full CarPlay.

The Unreal theme is to change the whole look and appearance of the screen and it will enable you to show the AC panel at the bottom of the screen that's all.

I would put back to 6 and reset Apim twice if you have to. By using 2 you might have lost the Powerflow menu item in Features.

A guy with a 2022 with Sync version 22012, rev 321 reported the Unreal theme worked on his so it appears 22228 is not a prerequisite although I'm not sure which version it became available in initially.

Howdy - APIM is being very stubborn. Made ForScan spreadsheet adjustments from lines 52 thru 58,
reset twice using the wrench and the only thing that changed were radio presets. Gave it a couple days, went back and checked APIM updates, they were all there, so did a double wrench reset and still no changes appear. Here's some truck particulars:
2021 Job 1 Sync 4 V. 22095 Rev. 421 Ford Power-Up 3.5.2
VIN: 1FTFW1ED6MFB67458
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well updated to v.49, reverted the HVAC to OEM then re-applied the coding. No errors when writing the code and the HVAC control back lighting turns off when the code is written. Tried it with both Auto and manual mode, single and dual zone temps and same behavior. Still shuts off recirculation as complete random intervals but only when the set temp is warmer than the outside air temp.

Hi all! Picked up my truck this week and wanted to make changes. I've been able to do MOST of my wish list, however, the IPC will not allow writing to it, saying "incorrect security key" at any write attempt I do. Has anyone encountered this and/or found a fix?

Hoping to add gauge temps to the cluster and also glare free/adaptive headlamps.
