How does it drive ?? I’m coming from a new body 2019 ram 1500 bighorn. The ram drives excellent so wondering how it compares.
and I wonder why u can’t take it today !?? That’s gotta be a tough wait lol knowing it’s thereand having to wait until Friday
Drives great! Seems lighter, quicker and smoother than my '14. I need to get familiar with the tech tho lol. I'm itching to get it home but I have a busy week, the dealer has stuff to add to it and have to pull some stuff from my current truck so no big deal. It came way sooner than I expected after being built so just happy it's here.

Hi Everyone!
Long time lurker. Figured I’d jump in and join the group seeing as though our trucks are finally rolling off the assembly line.
Any idea on the likelihood of getting put on hold for a chip? I know my truck is built and off site for a spray in bed liner. Dealer is telling me a delivery date or 3/30-4/5, but I have a strong feeling I’ll be waiting on a chip for quite some time.

Hey Chopper any news on trucks built but waiting for chips? Is the plant expecting shipments soon? Also just curious because iblike the production side of things, how does it work for the built trucks that need chips, like do they have to drive them back onto the production line or do they retrofit somewhere else?
I hope @Chopper@100 has some insights on this since many of us in earlier build weeks are on chip hold. In fact, my KR built on 1/25 has been on chip hold at Ramp 51 in Flat Rock which was the shipping staging area for Mustangs from the nearby assembly plant. I'm also wondering if @Chopper@100 sees any King Ranch trims going down the line. Not sure if anyone in the build week ordered a KR. It's ironic this build week is seeing movement on Dearborn trucks and stalled at KC. It was the opposite for Build Week 1/24. KC trucks were moving and nothing for Dearborn - was probably the chip holds.

Does anyone know of what company are usually the ones that ship to Alabama? I know it is a long shot. According to Ford email and tracker it has been shipped, but palsapp and cassens show no data. Wondering if can check somewhere else. Going to reach out to the dealer to see if they have any info today. Hoping everyone are getting those built/ shipped emails soon, especially the KC guys!

Still no built email here. I would be surprised if we were on a chip hold.
Do you have a chip heavy truck?

No updates yet. Original blend date per sticker is 3/1. Sequence is 1183/1897. Last sticker update was 3/2. AsBuilt shows nothing, but as of 10min ago, it won’t load anymore and says “server not responding”. I’m hoping that could be a good sign.

Anybody else have trouble accessing AsBuilt site?

I did once last night, but I ran it again a minute later and it worked.
