I honestly can’t even be mad. This is the first true delay I’ve had in my order process. Crossing my fingers it’s a quick turn around and back en route!

Was contacted by my salesperson on Saturday letting me know I was finally given a railcar number. Finally was able to get the automated system to track my number and received a response letting me know the railcar was a bad order in New Boston, Michigan. Anyone have any idea what they mean...
What did you say when the automated system asked for your railcar initials? I've tried a few times and it doesn't seem to pick up my voice properly. Keyed the letters in and I get a message stating it doesn't exist.
You're locked into the price you signed for back in December, but your window sticker will reflect the pricing with the latest price increases. So if you ordered a 60K truck, but it's gained 5K since your order you'll still be locked in to your 60K, but your sticker will show 65K.
From what...
Your dealer can certainly get you a rail car number. I was given mine yesterday. Tried to track using the call in automated system, but was told it wasn’t found in their system.
Hate to rub it in anyones face, but was contacted by my dealer and they notified me my truck shipped by rail car today.
Anyone have an ability to track that info if I have a rail car number?
I've been in steady contact with my dealer. Pretty much request an update every day at this point as I have the patience of an 8 year old. They can't give me any more details other than it went from Ramp 51 in Flat Rock to a new ramp in New Boston.
Truck has been stuck in New Boston, Michigan for a little over a week at this point. I have a delivery date to my dealer located in NY for 3/22-3/29. Anyone have any insight as to what could be going on at this ramp? Is it likely it will actually meet it's delivery date from this point? VIN...
I’m starting to think this may not be accurate. Did a little research and found various window stickers shipped to my dealer and local dealers to my area all show the same ramp 1 number. I’m guessing depending on where your truck is getting shipped to decides which ramp your truck is on. And...
Gave it a shot. Was able to navigate to the correct area in the source code, but wasn't able to edit the code by any means. Guess I'll just have to sit and be patient or lower my standards and continue to bug my sales department for updates.
I've been doing some digging around and I can't seem to find any sort of tracking system after the vehicles leave the plant. The only reliable source I have is the dealer I work for, but I'm certain the sales team is sick and tired of me constantly asking for updates.
Does anyone have a way of tracking the location once vehicle has been shipped? Trading my current 21 in to my dealer today to lock in a ridiculous price. I want to be able to keep an eye on the status and get an idea of when it should land at the dealer. I know we get an ETA, but I'm hoping to...
Seems as though there may be a hold up with the standard 3.5's. I have a co worker who order their 502 with a 3.5. They were built at least 2 weeks prior to me and they're still sitting on a chip hold. That's the only correlation I can see.
Was in Dearborn! Just heard from my sales department. Apparently my truck went from assembly line, to spray in department to in transit within 4 days! Am being told I’ll have my truck before the end of the month!
I received my "Built" email around 4AM this morning. I have to imagine I have a pretty chip heavy truck. Lariat with blue cruise, panoramic roof and just about every other bell and whistle.
