Looking for some help with a few issues I’m having after doing a 12 inch screen swap.
I’ve swapped my stock 8 inch screen (2023 F150 XLT, sync 4) and changed the APIM to the 12 inch version as well (from a Lariat power boost model).
Issues: back up camera not working, volume control works but shows 0 when being changed, no option to make car play “full screen”, cannot connect to WiFi for updates, FORScan showing a few errors.
Screen went out on my first drive, came back after about 15 minutes-then went dim for another 15. Since then the screen has been working fine operationally (about an hours worth of driving over 3 trips).
I have loaded my forscan saved data with the only change being for screen size. I have pressed the power button and right seek button to reset the APIM. My install seems to have been performed correctly. Can anyone help me address the issues I’m having? TIA!
