Has anyone experienced a blue screen? I turned the truck off and back on and it didn't fix it.

Night time mode, switch between day, night or auto
Nope its in night time when I switch to daytime the letters are barely visible and still a blue screen.

The side screen also doesn't work nothing shows up on it.

On the bottom of the right side small screen, tap on the stack of books at bottom of it.
Should get a card index to choose one from for that screen.

Take a picture of your screen like your first one showing "day" on Mode and post it

It's on night mode. That's what I use all the time. Not fond of daytime look. Too bright for me.

I’m with you. I prefer to keep my screen on night mode all the time. The day mode is as you say, too bright.

Got the solution here. Hold the next track (>>|) button and the volume power button until the system reboots. Should reset the software

Trust me, it's none of the above to fix the problem. The problem is having a USB cord plugged into the port inside the armrest. It doesn't matter if it's charging a phone or not. I had a cord plugged in and the screen turned blue. I unplugged it and the screen works fine. My wife had the same problem on her 2020 Lincoln Aviator (also a Ford product) and when she unplugged the cord, the screen worked.

Nope, that won't fix it. The problem is having a cord plugged into the USB port inside the arm rest. unplug it and I'll bet the screen returns to normal. If not, the dealership will have to replace a module.
