I just checked and all the modules populated this morning. The truck is ALIVE!!. I haven't been getting emails from Ford so I guess another text to the dealer is in order.. Hopefully, it gets shipped out before they shut down. The tracker is still down for me. Is it working for anyone else?
Nope. Still not working for me. Ho hum

Other than seeing the modules are populated, what do we do with the populated modules?

there really isn't anything to do with the modules but from my understanding that is one of the final steps of the build process. Everything gets powered up and registered with Ford. So I'm hopeful that means it's about ready to take its ride on the train.

1 day later Shipped Ford email
3 days after that I got the activate button on fordpass app

Also Ive found that anything going to Oklahoma from Dearborn plant goes on Rail RA28 which never shows up on palsapp (VIN not found). Trucks from the Kansas plant show up fine. So maybe there's some other tracker or something for another carrier that we just don't know about.

Great feeling when truck comes to life.
Tracker has never worked for me...just Ford emails.

Hope to see pics in this thread when all these Ford trucks are picked up

Mine just arrived in Kansas City last night, if you can get your railcar from your dealer. I was able to track some of the progress. 3 different train companies to get from DTP to be unloaded in KC.

So I've got the last, and apparently only for 12/19, truck scheduled to be built in our list for the 12/13 week. I asked and my rep sent me a copy of the VVR showing Released to Body Company on 12/22 and an ETA of 1/13-1/19 in VA.

Guide: Understanding and Tracking Your Custom Order
2. Major Milestones
Throughout the lifecycle of of order, these are the most common milestones you should be concerned with. These milestones may not be up to the minute in any tracker, and may be up to several days behind. It's not uncommon for a dealer to take delivery, while the trackers show "In Transit" or "Awaiting Shipping".
  1. Order is in - You've placed the order with your dealer.
  2. Unscheduled - Ford knows about the order, but hasn't assigned a VIN or a build date.
  3. Order Confirmed
    • This can happen days to weeks to months after you place the order with the dealer. It depends on your "Priority Code", "Dealer Allotment" and current "Constraints"
    • Ford has accepted your order.
    • Typically you will get a VIN (from the dealer) and a build week or build day assigned.
    • In Order Processing is another status at this point.
  4. In Production
    • Typically happens 1 week prior to your scheduled build day.
    • You Window Sticker will soon be available, if not already.
    • Sub-statuses
      • Sent to Plant - Ford has sent your order to the plant to prepare for your build.
      • Produced - Order has been built
      • Sent Offsite - Order needs to go offsite for installation of components not installed at the plant: bed liner, wheel well liners, tonneau
      • Released to Body Company - Getting one of the above things installed
      • Origin Received - Truck is being stored in a location while it waits on the next step.
  5. Built / Produced - Your order is built and complete. Internally the status will show the order has been released and is awaiting shipment.
  6. Shipped - Your truck is on its way to the dealer.
  7. Delivered - The dealer has taken delivery of the truck and will soon be ready for you to pick up.

Congrats! Just out of curiosity, do you have the modules populated or the activate button in the FordPass app ?

Just got the modules populated, finally. But still no "Activate" button in my FordPass app.
The activate button for me came about 24 hours after I received modules....I think the day or two is about what others are experiencing for the activation button.... plus, I wonder if the trackers are working for the 21's and not the 22's? I may be wrong.

My "Activate" button came up the next day after the modules populated, which was yesterday. My truck is now waiting for shipment. So I think modules populating is the last step before the truck is built as others mentioned.
