I guess I belong to this group.

Originally ordered a MY21 Platinum on 9/1/2021. Did not get built.

Ordered a MY22 Limited on 10/27/2021.

Received email confirmation from Ford on 10/27/2021.

Received VIN from local dealer on 10/29/2021.

Ford email received on 11/12/2021 indicating scheduled for production week of 11/29/2021.

Notified by dealer that truck is now scheduled for week of 12/13/2021.

Expecting to see window sticker next week.

Order is for a MY22 F150 Limited, Iconic Silver. Only options are Max Recline Seats and Work Surface.

VIN Indicates Dearborn

Destination is KY

I did not order the work surface, the wheel well covers or spray in liner.

I do have a question. The order date you have listed was the original order which was eventually " Balanced Out". 1122 was a new order for a MY22 truck. Don't know which order you prefer.

Because the truck I'm getting is a MY22, it's going to cause a number of folks heartburn. Originally I signed up for 0%, 72 mth financing. Currently, it's 0%, 60 mth financing, but only for MY21 trucks. When my MY22 truck finally hits my dealer's lot, if the 0%, 60 mth financing isn't available , the dealer and I will have a problem.

I’m not actually sure on the ctive steering, I think so but don’t remember it as a stand alone option. Is it possibly tied to something else? There weren’t too many options I didn’t get including the active park assist 2.0, continuous controlled damping with onboard scale, max recline seats, work surface, wheel well liners and spray in bed liner. Sorry I just didn’t recall adaptive steering.

I don't know about this. No mention of it in the news and when a plant stops production forcing employees to go and stay home, we usually hear about it. I googled "Ford news" and a majority of the headlines from the past 24 to 48 hours seemed positive.
Maybe I'm just try to be an optimist?

While I hope you're right obviously, this author has been pretty spot on. He works at the Dearborn plant. It seems like he gives the honest conditions in the factory vs ford PR view.

But again, I hope I'm wrong. I guess we shall see.

I use the earliest date if it is "I've been waiting for my truck since _____" thing. So it's nice to see the older dates get their trucks first.

It would have been a $1000 option on your build sheet by itself, so you probably would remember it. On 11/15, scheduling notes indicated an issue building Plats and KRs without it. If you've got a week, it should be good now.

Hello My Friends, I just received word from the dealership this morning, I am now in the 12/20 Build Week; however, the good news is I have a 12/20 Build Date. With an actual build date, it’s unlikely I slip any further unless the parts shortage is an issue. I hope you all hold onto this week.
