Cool to know, thanks. So in the US, there are dealers who are not honoring x-plan after the order arrives as Ford does not require them to honor it. When I ordered mine, I was told "this is the price contingent on what x plan pricing is" so I never had much more than a "gentleman's" agreement on price. Once the VIN was produced, then Ford told the dealer what x-plan was but still the dealer has the option of honoring that or not. They did, but there is a local dealer telling people they will not. So I don't know the legality of it or the difference here in the US and CA but I know there are some shady dealers.
If I placed an order, no money down, and no signed contract I could see where pricing changes by the time the truck arrives. If I put my $1000 deposit down, had a signed contract and that pricing changed, that would be some pretty shady shit and imagine would piss a lot of customers off.
