For anyone who ordered from Granger, how long was the wait from when it arrived at the dealer until you were told it was ready for pick up?

Just got notification from united road trucking that my truck was delivered to dealer. Nothing from ford or dealer yet.

I got word from Ford Chat that my truck was back in Kansas City, on ramp 6P. So I don't know that it ever left (even though I was told it was last week). Or something is out of date, somewhere.

Sorry to hear that, hopefully it comes by your eta. My eta was by today and it’s not at dealer. No one can really tell me where my truck is and I keep getting different answers from dealer vs ford chat. They say it’s built but I’m still showing in production, I don’t know what to believe anymore. I check fords search inventory for all dealerships within 100 miles and they have been getting some platinums recently so I know some are getting delivered, we just need to hang in there

For sure. Its just frustrating when you are told ten different things, the tracker doesn't work or update in timely manner, and any estimate you get is missed over and over again. Hard to plan, especially for those of us that ordered from a non-local dealer.

register for updates after putting in your Vin. You’ll get emails from them when they deliver to your dealer. You have to look for the Load# for your truck in the emails since you’ll be getting all the deliveries (at least thats the theory).

after mine got unloaded from the rail car I started using this.

so it changed which was obvious since it’s not here, by two weeks. I asked what was the hold Up, she said she sees no holds or delay at this time. So to sum up, dealer says it’s sent out for spray in liner, chat says it’s at ford assembly, both parties said it’s eta was June 15-21, now chat says by July 8, and truck is built according to them but tracker shows in production , get it together ford

I called Ford today and was told that my truck is on ramp 5M in New Boston, MI. How disappointing. The notion that it is “In Transit” is basically a lie. It’s sitting in a rail yard 22 miles from the factory. The rep said the delivery window is still 6/25-7/1, but I have little confidence they’re going to meet that goal. *sigh* From production limbo, to shipping limbo.

I tried checking Chat this morning as part of my normal morning ritual, and noticed it is missing from their contact us page. I guess they got sick of answering everyone's tracking questions.

Whether I enter my vin or yours, the search button remains 'greyed' out and unresponsive. Tried on my pc with both chrome and edge browsers and on my ipad. Any ideas?
