Didn't know they built on Sundays..


Currently your vehicle order is in processing which means, the order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. Your Build Date is 5/22. For more information regarding your vehicle order, I recommend contacting the dealer handling it.

I've seen some others scheduled for Sundays. No clue if they actually got built though.....

Mine updated to in production status yesterday and I got my window sticker this morning with a blend date of the 16th. I must have checked for that window sticker 50 times after the status update.

They do, 7 days a week, weekends only have 1 or two shifts vs 3 on weekdays. I have some numbers, very crude and I cannot get these averaged out. Google sheet issue, don't have time to dig in.

Here's the number of trucks they've built per day for the last number of week for each of shown days.

The data is somewhat unreliable, but it gives you a ballbark idea of how different the numbers are sunday vs saturday vs other days.

Interesting, I was going to make a joke about your truck being built on a Friday ( we always say must have been built on a Friday when something breaks) but maybe my Sunday build is worse.

5/22 is my wife's birthday so maybe she will see it as fate that my very expensive toy is built on her 35th? ?

Yip, looking at columns D and F, you'll see WS are available 8 or 9 days prior to blend. It all typically comes after 8pm. I check many times during the day, and then when I check after 8 or 9 they are there...

Ordertrack has just in the last hour update my status to "In production". That is a good sign for the anticipation of a WS later today.
