I just heard back from my dealer. I'm still on chip hold with a June eta to ship.

She also told me that they heard from Ford that 501A and below were having Connected Navigation and Sirius removed due to chip issues.

Anyone else heard that?

Yes, my dad has a XLT 302A ordered and dealer told him the same thing.

I read window stickers would include a $200 removal credit, so I think if your WS does not reflect that, you should be in the clear. I guess caveat being that if you're in production or not otherwise built, the WS can change.

FWIW my truck as a 501A would be impacted, and I checked my WS just now and not only is there no removal, but the XM Radio feature is listed in the standard equipment and connected navigation is listed beneath my 360 Copilot Assist 2.0 in the optional equipment section.

If what you are saying is that the at the time of your order there was a 0% APR for 60 mos. deal and your wife has a current, active PCO that is in place now but was not at the time of order, then yes I think what you are being told is accurate. My understanding is you get to make your choice of incentives at time of order or time of purchase but that you cannot mix and match.

Ahh got it. Ok that makes sense, I was not thinking in terms of that. Thank you for clearing that up for me!

True I just thought of that. I was built 14 days ago and sitting somewhere waiting for parts/chips. I would assume that means I get it. Looks like only on unscheduled and new orders

This only was an available feature with the Copilot Active 2.0 package which was only an option/included on 502A and up.

Not meaning to detract from the delivery dopamine hits but just got off Ford Chat and was told my truck is no longer on chip hold and that we're back to the 6/1-6/7 delivery date. It's still not shipped according to Ford Chat and because I'm earmarked for CONVOY vs. RAIL my guess is it's possible. Anyway, took my TBD chip hold off the sheet and updated estimated delivery dates in the tracker to get rid of some of that orange and maybe provide some hope for some of those Dearborn builds.

Would love for this to be the case with mine as well

As of now, nothing has been removed from mine. I’m hoping I was built early enough to slip by as @JohnMcClane said to someone else. What was your blend/built date?
