05/02/22 Build Week Club

Unfortunately, up here in Ontario it seems like the big dealers aren't giving out build weeks with the VINs. Called Ford Customer Service, they don't have it either.

However, I got my VIN on March 29th so I'm guessing (hoping!) I'll be in this week with y'all.

Still can’t believe I’m being built on the first day of the week, read a good post on another forum that re-enforced my feeling that Monday builds may be the sloppiest.

But at this point I’ll take it as fast as I can get it and get an ESP for insurance.

Ironically, you can almost throw a rock from where I grew up in South Western Ontario and hit the Dearborn F150 plant. The auto industry straddles the border there and I worked in a few parts plants as a student and in my early 20's that fed the assembly plants all over Ontario and Michigan.

That’s neat, my first and current F150 came out of that plant. I drove past it on a trip through the area last May.

I kind of wish my 22 was being built there as I’d probably make it a point to try and go get a tour during my build week, but Space White has me captivated, I don’t think I’ll ever get bored with it.

I just looked out of curiosity.

FKCAP is almost 600 miles due West of me and the dealer I’m purchasing from is almost 600 miles due East ?

Truck is gonna roll past me on rails before I get it probably.

7 days. Although lately I’ve seen up to 9 days.

Well it looks like Ford is truly not sending out "Re-scheduled" e-mails.

Chatted with them this morning since I thought the 05/02/22 build day was to good to be true.

7 days. Although lately I’ve seen up to 9 days.

It still says 4/25/22 Build week. I keep refreshing my window sticker and get nothing, I'm within 6 days of production.

I'd reach out to your dealer and ask for the 'Vehicle Visibility Report'.

It should have the "Build Day" if it's scheduled to be built next week.

You may be getting built on Friday next week, so the earliest you would expect a window sticker is tomorrow.

I checked this morning, after mine was moved out another week...now it only shows, as build received. No longer does it seem, that I have a build date. Well...the wait continues!

Oh they’re still sending out rescheduled emails. Originally scheduled for 4/18, pushed to 4/25 and got pushed last night to this 5/2. Hopefully it stays.

Yup, few guys on the Tremor forums got reschedule emails last night as well.
