Granger reached out to me today to let me know they found a scratch on the passenger side bed panel and a couple paint chips on the drivers side door, likely from transport. They're fixing it up for me. I'm just glad the truck is really there!

Well that sucks but like you said, at least you know where the truck is. Does your tractor still show it in "shipment".

Right. No, it updated to Final Preparations the day after it showed up at Granger.

The tracker is still showing that my truck is in shipment. It shows delivery 3/17-3/31. However, got a call from the dealer that it was delivered to the dealership yesterday (3/21). So the tracker is somewhat behind reality. Picking up the truck Saturday.

I found the tracker to be way behind the 8 ball, as well. My tracker doesn’t even work any more, it now just errors out saying this vehicle has been delivered.

I told the dealer I am not taking delivery of the King Ranch F-150 so if anyone is interested, it's built and will be shipped to Laura Ford of Sullivan Missouri. MSRP is $76,695 and they quoted me $71,070. Current ETA is 2-Apr. I ordered an F-250 from Granger instead.

Is everyone purchasing their extended warranty? Is it worth it?

I plan on getting the extended warranty to match the hybrid battery warranty, so 8 year/100k miles. I'm adding on the exterior/interior light option too.

Latest from Granger is my truck is expected 4/7 - 14. Up to step 5 with finance now.

I am passed shipment date with no updates. I might try Ford chat tomorrow if nothing updates. I don't know if I will believe it or not at this point. It seems to be pretty hit or miss with everyone's experience.

From what I have seen there is a lot of bad estimates when it comes to shipping. It is a shame that VinView isn't something that we can just access on our own.

In my case even VinView was inaccurate. I got the shipped email from Ford, but a couple days later when I inquired, Granger sent me a VinView screenshot showing I was still awaiting shipment. ?‍ For me the most accurate indications were the emails.

FordPass should have a "pending owner" view where you can track the location but not have full access to all the features. The trucks have location sharing so why not put it to good use during the shipping process?

Here is a little nugget into Ford scheduling. My F-250 order was accepted by Ford on 3/22 and apparently it was picked up for production the following day. No email but Ford chat says I am scheduled for week of 4/17. There are still guys who submitted their orders back in November that are not scheduled and it's not like I went cheap on options but apparently, I picked all the ones with no restrictions.
