Thanks, just looking for any sign that maybe my truck is shipped but just not updated in the system somewhere. I don’t think that’s the case, as they’re consistently telling me it will be 4/19 before it leaves Detroit.

I took it as another positive sign that my truck was alive. I'm pretty sure mine showed up well before it shipped when I did a search of my VIN.
Maybe a bit off topic, but when you pick up your truck in Horsham, make a pit stop in Philly for some good food. Great cheesesteaks are at Jim's Steaks, 4th and South Streets. Great ones at John's Roast Pork, too, Snyder Ave a block or 2 off of Christopher Columbus Blvd. Great roast pork there, too, with hand sliced sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. I'm not a huge fan of Pat's or Geno's, they're rather touristy. Cheesesteaks aren't bad, I just prefer the more local stuff. My favorite sandwich is Nick's Roast Beef, 20th and Jackson Streets. Awesome hand carved roast beef, provolone cheese with gravy. Gravy fries have chunks of the roast beef in them. They have another location in Springfield Township, a few miles west of the Philly airport. For dinner, I like Ralph's Italian Restaurant, 760 S 9th St. Oldest Italian restaurant in the United States. A few blocks from there is Dante and Luigi's, 762 S 10th St. Gangster Nicky Scarfo Jr was shot inside that restaurant in 1989, I think it adds to its ambiance! Parking is tough in that area. I use a small parking lot on Christian St between 9th and 10th, then walk a couple blocks.

It actually happened!

Quick impressions:

Felt the transmission was not super smooth, but haven't spent enough time to figure out if it's me or the truck.

Mileage was crap. Drove 60 miles home, mostly a straight shot down I-5, and got between 12-13 MPG (per the truck computer). I'm hoping that's a "first tank of gas" thing.

Bluecruise was sweet! Although I felt like it was too close to the right, maybe I just drive more to the left and it'll take some getting used to.

B&O Unleashed is awesome, especially when set to "surround."

I've watched every YouTube video that exists on this truck, and it's still gonna take me a week to figure it out.

Road noise? What's that?

I'm gonna have to invent reasons to drive the next few days!

For sure! Jz777 took delivery of his yesterday. No problem with price protection, incentives were in place, and the PremiumCare ESP was $100 over the online cost through Flood. That works for me - purchasing the ESP in FL must be at full retail.

I'm definitely curious too. My original order was in SEP like yours, with the same dealership. Mine still hasn't shipped though :(

I think I've been enviously watching yours on United Road for a while! It sat in Wilimington longer than I thought. They've been bogged down with all those Mavericks I guess! Good luck!

Oh my gosh, I can't believe the number of Mavericks they've received - amazing! I was getting quite concerned. Mine arrived at the NS Wilmington Railyard on Apr 3, was off-loaded the next day with an ETA of Apr 8, and changed to today. I'm greatly relieved for sure. I'm also watching a friend's F-350 on United Road. His was off-loaded at the CSX Twin Oaks Railyard but hasn't yet been assigned an ETA.

Did you get any of the snow in the NW yesterday or today? Really curious how it performs on wet pavement and snow. I am waiting on almost the same build except maybe engine based on the mileage comment.

None of the snow stuck to the ground, but it was very wet on the drive home. Handled like the dream you'd expect it to be (remained in 2H the whole time, will probably consider 4A next time out in the rain to see if I notice any difference). Activating the automatic wipers was hard to figure out at first, but once I got them set, they did a good job of managing the rain by varying speed/frequency based on amount of rain at the moment.

I talked to a co-worker today with a 2020 or 21 XLT 302A, same 3.5L EB engine, and he confirmed the mileage issue. He gets, at best, 15. I switched to ECO mode this morning and we'll see if that makes a meaningful impact. Most of my driving is within a 5-mile radius, with one 50-mile round trip per week down the interstate, so I figure the ECO mode will do me good in town, probably run normal mode down I-5. We'll see.

Hope yours comes soon! It's so awesome.

Thanks so much!! Great info. And yeah —- really can’t wait. Seeing the photos and hearing stories of recent deliveries is awesome but also driving me crazy.
