Negative on the issues resolution. The service advisor was hoping to have answers on WHAT is going on by tomorrow. That doesn't mean parts will be readily available, if necessary.

Thank you. I told him I wanted the truck back if I had to wait for parts since it is driveable. I would take it back in once the parts are received.

Talked to my dealer today, he confirmed the chip hold. He also said they are very limited in the visibility report right now which confirms what we heard earlier. He thinks that the 5/26 date is Ford’s 95% confidence date, meaning they are 95% that they can get it delivered by that date. He thinks it might be sooner, but won’t commit to a time frame. Last time they had a large number of trucks on chip hold they started getting deliveries with no heads up, meaning whatever process Ford was using to finish the trucks was bypassing the normal tracking methods.

I doubt Ford isn't going to update both the online tracker or the Vehicle Visibility Report. Even if they don't, we still have United Road.

The dealers aren't going to waste their time tracking each vehicle. They know there's nothing they can do until it arrives.

I’m also totally getting the Baja Boss A/Ts (295/60r20) but am holding out for the ‘21/‘22 Fox 2.0 kit to come out

What size you thinking? Level? Stock rims?

I’m going to keep stock 20’s and have ordered the 275/60/20. This one is a lease so not doing level I don’t think. I’m pretty close with my tire guy so if I end up deciding to do a level and go with bigger size I can. I may end up buying this one at the end depending on the market.I had considered the cooper rugged treks also. But I like the looks of the Baja boss a/t.. I usually put duratracs on all my trucks But they are getting harder to come by and the price is soaring.

I have a 2022 white lariat 501a powerboost, sunroof and a couple other things on chip hold at the moment. Ordered through granger. Showing 5/20/22 estimated deliver at the moment.

Good information in this thread, sharing in the pain of waiting, I have been waiting for over a year for a new truck at this point.

I don't know how you do it! I waited 4 months and 3 days and I don't know how I survived!

My salesperson called this morning to let me know that my delivery date still shows as June 7 but also noted that the truck no longer shows a chip hold. That might be good news but not holding my breath...

Still... Hoping that they have the chip in and sending it over for the spray in bed liner?!!

I'm excited for y'all but I'm just about to forget my order and just bite the bullet. Especially given today was supposed ro be my delivery date.

Did the activate vehicle button show up on ford pass for you recently?

It did.

A few days ago the [Activate Vehicle] button showed up as well as [Pro Power Onboard] button under [Features & Settings]

Of course, I can't do anything with them but nice to see something changing, maybe progressing?
