I got a Lariat FX4 2.7 ecoboost. And for me the activate button showed up after the module 754 showed up. Before that, no activation button and no 754 module.

I got the built email from Ford on 1/26, since then it has just been repeated shipping delays and its still in Dearborn.

Updated list - 23 have been delivered (3 of those need to be picked up), 4 in transit, 21 to be shipped (7 with built dates). I seem to have the oldest build date and am told mine is sitting on Ramp 51.

Got a call from my dealer today. He told me that my truck is on the loading ramp now. I guess its been produced as speculated on thursday. Both trackers still show in production, lets see how long each takes to update.

Picked it up today: Smoked Quartz Lariat, Medium Slate bench seat, 3.5L Ecoboost. Dealer was fantastic, got pricing from original order (10/14/21) vs window sticker. Running boards have been installed and matching Leer cap to be installed Friday. Been a long journey, (original truck ordered 06/21 but came in wrong) but very very happy.

Well guys I think I am out. Still no update, no activate in Ford Pass, dealer says no updated ETA still sitting at 4/18 - 4/24. The truck will have been sitting for five months.
I called my sales guy today, complaining about his original estimate of 3 months, he said and I quote "my original estimate was right, the truck was built on 1/12, it just is now waiting on chips". I actually laughed in his face when he said that.
At this point Im just keeping my 2015 for a few more years until this all blows over.

This whole "it was built on ...., it's just waiting on chips" thing must be part of Ford's training program for their sales staff. My sales guy used the exact same line last month when my truck was still on hold. I guess they have a different definition of built from everyone else

Terrible training if that's true. I took it as an insult to my intelligence. The truck is sitting in a parking lot and may or may not have all the chips it needs to start and be driven. There is no one that would call that built. Hell the Ford Order Status website doesnt say its built, its still in production.
Just tell me the truth.
