Yeah i am still being told April 26 to May 2 and yet my truck is not built yet… i get I am in an area that gets delivery directly from Dearborn but still have huge doubts i will get this on time lol.

I called Ford Canada today and got the same answer I've been getting since February...ETA between April 27 and May 3. Truck still shows in production so I also have serious doubts I will see it in 2 weeks

Love that Ford official popped into the thread, sent congrats to one of the few who had received their truck, while totally ignoring the complaints of poor communication and trucks that are not even built weeks after their estimated delivery dates.

Pro Tip Ford Marketing, sometimes its best to not congratulate one person at the risk of further alienating 15 or 20 other people.

But hey if you could tell me if my truck that is not yet built or displaying active in FordPass is going to make it to my dealer by the 4/18 date I was quoted when I called you guys that would be super! I'll wait for you to warm up the DeLorean and hit 88mph to go back in time and get it shipped.

Well received a call from from my dealer … on my 3rd salesperson …. They updated me that my truck hasn’t shipped it is still sitting in Michigan on a chip hold .. this is complete garbage …. Was questioning whether it actually shipped considering tracker still showed in production .. was told about a customer who has been waiting over 2 years for a ford bronco ..crazy

Does anyone know the railroad Ford uses to ship from Dearborn? According to Ford chat my truck went through Junction Point at Indiana Harbor Belt RR and was in Bensenville, IL earlier today. Trying to see if I can track it without contacting Ford.

Palsapp has a freight invoice pending but the origin is Cottage Grove, MN. That’s where my truck gets switched to convoy for delivery to my dealership.

4x Months after ordering & 3x Months of Chip Hold I just Picked up my Tremor!

Had it for less than an hour, and I drove it straight to the shop to get it "Finished". I'm getting it Leveled and adding wheel spacers, Black Lug Nuts & plate lights.

Hoping to pick it up at the end of the day and then ill take some pics & post them!

FYI about "ETA". I spoke with the most helpful person I have thus far communicated with at Ford Marketing yesterday. She advised me that the "ETA" provided by Ford is connected to the current status of the vehicle. So, for example, if you get an ETA while in production, that is the date range during which they expect to have it built, while on chip hold when the expect to have it resolved, etc. Pertinent to my current situation, an ETA given while the vehicle is "awaiting shipment" is the date range of when they hope to get the vehicle shipped - not when they expect to have it delivered. So, my current ETA window of April 17-23 is not, as I had previously been informed, the window within which they expect to have my truck delivered. Just the "current" window within which they hope to have it shipped.

That is good info to know. I wish they would be more clear. I feel like when I talk to marketing, some times they say April 26th - May 1 delivery date and sometimes it a 'will have the parts by then' date. The latter supports what your heard yesterday.
