They said it should ship by the 20th and it was completely built .. But the tracking says otherwise.. basically same as everyone else
I still maintain that they have zero idea. It's all a guess at this point, or a message to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.

hahaha Yeah they’d say as much as customer service says… chip hold, contact your dealer for most up to date info…….. that’s a lie cause my dealer doesn’t really get updated but OK

Weird, usually my window sticker will update on Mondays, last update is still 4/11. Im sure it means nothing, but it is a change from the normal pattern.

Still no activate button or built status, ETA to the dealer still 4/18 (ha) - 4/28.

2022 F150 Lariat PB Sport [built but not shipped]
Left work early today to pick it up. Truthfully, this was even a size able upgrade from my 2020.

Congrats! See it’s an XLT. Is that a Sport Appearance Package? Tell us more. What options did you get and what do you like about it over your 2020?

Same here. When I ask how they can guarantee that date I get the “contact your dealer” line.

Ha - yeah forgot about that. I went with a Agate Black XLT with Sport Appearance Package, 3.5L Powerboost, Tow Technology Package (360-degree camera package), Co-Pilot Assist 360 2.0, 8 Speaker B&O Sound System, Dark Alloy 20s, Bed Utility Package, and Spray-In Bedliner. Basically everything I could do that made sense to me short of stepping up to leather and all that. I really wanted the blackout package as well, but when I ordered it there was no known delivery timeframe for that package and it was already known to have supply issues at that time. So I went without it. Beyond that I had the tonneau installed at the dealer and the dealer took care of tinting my front windows prior to pickup.

I was coming from a 2020 Magma Red Sport 2.7L Eco - the number of differences was a bit staggering. I guess I wasn't expecting it - or fully realized what I ordered. The interior it above and beyond better - cleaner, better storage, I like the interfaces of everything from the buttons to the responsive SYNC UX. As a note my wife has a 2022 Edge ST and Ford definitely made some huge missteps in the interface/quality of screen in that vehicle - which I was afraid was the same as the F-150 would have. Thankfully it does not. Everything is responsive and intuitive. As for the drive - I don't know if it's the Hybrid system adding weight in all the right places, or they did some suspension upgrades compared to what I had. It is super smooth and the body roll is almost non-existent. It's still there, but not as noticeable as I was expecting. The Hybrid moves like a dream. It's just smooth and responsive. Now, mind you I a person who - how do I say this - I like to go fast. I was looking for an excuse on the drive home to make my way to the expressway.

The only thing I am a bit disappointed in is the B&O 8 SPKR sound system. Good highs, and moderate mids, but lacking in the low end. I get it - it's a factory installed system and I'm kind of a basshead. This just doesn't do it for me and I am already looking into what I need to do to swap to a different 8" low profile subwoofer. Prior to taking - a more drastic step. Honestly, it's not a huge thing - just kind of was hopeful for more.

At this point - overall it was a great upgrade, beyond just the visuals. Wish the sound system packed more of a punch, but considering everything else I can't complain. Sorry if this put a damper on anything for anyone.

Thanks for the info! That’s very close to my order but I splurged for the Lariat and blucruise. The side badges look black. Did that come with the Sport package?

Let me know what you find for subwoofers. I thought I saw somewhere in this forum where others easily changed or added subs to their B&O 8 speaker system.

Thanks again and enjoy!
