Order Track is now showing my truck as "In Transit"! So that's great, typically is taking a day to arrive in Toronto from Michigan so we'll see what happens in the next few days but I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

All incoming inventory of chips will be used to compete the trucks that have been send to storage because of chip hold.

He passed that along to me yesterday so don’t shoot the messenger if it doesn’t happen?

Hopefully that is true, my dealer has been receiving Jan build trucks the last couple weeks. Hopefully mine will come earlier then what ford Canada is saying which is end of month

I spoke to my dealer who confirmed that the truck is in transit it’s on a train from Detroit to Toronto… I’m not sure why they would go by rail instead of convoy. Does anyone know typically how long it takes when going by rail? I’m assuming longer than convoy. They gave me a rail tracking number but I have no way of checking it.

Dealer confirmed my truck was delivered yesterday! Will be picking it up Monday and will try to remember to drop some pics here.

Mine took a week and then another week once it was delivered.

Congrats to everyone who has started to get their trucks. I am still sitting w/ no Ford Pass activate button or changes on any of the tracking sites. Guess maybe on day I will see my truck ship...maybe.

My truck has been built according to the email I received overnight. Supposed to be delivered between 4/21 - 4/27. Been sitting on a chip hold for almost 3 months.

Tracker still says in production, but does say it was built of 4/7. I do have an activate vehicle button on the Ford app...but it still shows a Lightning.

I was in the same boat as you...completely shocked when I woke up this morning and saw that my truck was built. Hopefully, you get good news soon!

I take it back, there was an update in the FordPass app, no activate button, but I do now show an active recall on my 2022 truck, that I don't actually own yet....so I have waited 6 months for the truck, and it somehow has a recall before it was even delivered. Ford just continues to fall on their face trying to handle this entire chip shortage.
