I’m reading this comments and scratching my head… how the f*** did u get moonroof in your trucks when ford I’d installing panoramic sunroofs in them. Maybe that’s why your trucks on back burner lmfao unbelievable.. he'd to do it couldn’t help my self.

Shipped confirmation email from Ford this morning. Shipped 1/20… but I already knew that. Still saying March 5th delivery to one of the largest Ford dealerships in Western NY… yeah, ok.
Unless the train is that stupid cartoon engine - no way that ETA is legit.
I put it at 2 weeks out, maybe 3 if it snows hard somewhere.

I wonder if it’s a moonroof issue? That’s the only thing I see common between our builds. Also trying to make sense of this is maybe the definition of insanity

When you order a vehicle months in advance and they finally put it into production, a sane person would conclude that they, as in Ford, would have all the part necessary to build it from start to finish. I also have to wonder as to whether these trucks waiting on a part go to the front of the line when the chips arrive, or if they get to them as it becomes convenient.

I didn't order a moonroof either - I did order a spray in bedliner, not that it probably matters.

I'm curious what others find out from their dealers today.

I wonder the same thing too of how we get back in line. I do have the moonroof, and I didnt do factory liner because my dealer talked me out of it

You're right...I just got off the phone with Ford customer service. My truck is on microchip hold. She did state that my ETA is still 2/28, so hopefully they don't let our trucks sit there while they use the chips on currently produced trucks.

That’s what i was thinking. I really hope they don’t let them sit there for a couple months. I was talking to a guy on Facebook that works at Dearborn and he said their holding lots are pretty full like last year waiting for chips. Not a good sign.

The list of accessories for my truck is changing every day when checking Ford ordering website. Today, the on board scale showed up! Still showing in production since 1/13 and showing ETA of 2/28. I hope my dealer ETA's of 2/7 still works but my confidence is pretty low. I do not have ''moon roof'' or spray bed liner.
