I got bumped to 7/29-8/4. Called and was told by customer service that the emails we receive are actually coming from updates in the ford system by the shipper. Was then told that there is nothing they can do to help me with the shipper including giving me a name.
Best I’ve heard is no one to work shipping. I’m waiting for my second truck to arrive it’s been sitting there for a month at this point. Look back for how my first one showed up
Working with Ford to determine if they total it or get the body repaired. Dealer didn’t officially accept the vehicle. I told them I won’t accept it he vehicle if it goes on CarFacts
