I tried this today. I'm getting power to the SCCM, but not through the SCCM. There was no power where the wheel plugs into the clock spring so I took the clock spring off the SCCM and checked where the power goes from the SCCM into the clock spring and there is no power there. So the problem is...

Update on my failed heated wheel. I've now replaced the SCCM (both the SCCM and the clock spring) and verified all settings are correct, but it still doesn't work. I got it to work with the plug I have. It had two very small tabs sticking up, one on each side. I folded them over flat and then it slipped right in.
