Oh man I got a Retrax Pro XR (the Ford branded one) cover and then added Rhino Rack bike racks that fit in the T tracks. They are SO handy, especially when dragging the trailer. Bed is still accessible with the bikes up there. It wasn't cheap but every time I use the cover or the bike racks I smile.

After watching some videos I’m feeling a lot more confident. I’m the same in wanting it to feel complete. I added rain sensing wipers and replaced the wiper stalk just for the little silkscreened “A” at the bottom haha.
