Okay, if it makes you feel better you can disconnect the battery. If all you’re doing is removing a few trim pieces and running a wire there is no inherent risk from the airbags.
The F150 is sold in Mexico as the Lobo. This Lobo is a new trim level for the American market. Ford is utilizing the Lobo name for street-oriented models now, see Maverick Lobo
Finally got the console swap done in my RCSB. Was able to swap the lock cylinder over from my under seat storage to the new console lid so it still has locking functionality with my original key.
*Update:
Got my console swap done today. Took a while to find one somewhat local to me, this one out of a 2022 overall very good condition considering it came from a wrecker. Had to order a couple parts from Ford to complete the swap, hvac trim and the storage tray left of the cupholders since...
Lariat consoles would all have come with storage. Only base XL have no storage, so that cover you have on order won’t fit your existing console unless you add the storage.

I always do my own for a number of reasons, cost not necessarily one of them. By the time I buy oil (even on sale) and filter it might only end up being $10-20 cheaper than getting the dealer to do it.
But I like doing basic maintenance myself, as others have mentioned in this thread it’s...
Yes, because aggressive rake as they come from the factory looks janky. Even more so on the 122” wheelbase.
Leveled on 33s is the perfect stance in my opinion.
