Your truck is a 2020 f150, it's a gen13.
You know this is the wrong forum for a 2020 f150? Complaining about an older truck is just adding misinformation here.
Hill descent works better at more speeds, set and forget. I'd much rather the brakes do the work vs having that direction of torque going through the front diff, tc and transmission on these trucks. My 3.5 doesn't make a whole lot of engine braking to do that job regardless. Dismissing it seems...
3 cabin variants
RCSB = regular cab standard bed 2 door truck, 2 bed lengths available, 6.5' or 8'
SCAB = super cab 4 door truck with suicide rears, 2 bed lengths available, 6.5' or 8'
SCREW = super crew 4 door truck, 2 bed...
They disclosed all this after talking money I'd walk or lowball. This truck's warranty is already ticking away if it was a service/ loaner also, would look into when it started before pulling the trigger.
Historically comparing anything to a Corvette is a stretch. The Corvette has always been in it's own odd little corner. It just so happens to be that price, I wouldn't say the market pushed it there, quite opposite vs the F150 economically.
The B&O system is picky on source. How are you playing music?
Things that have helped sound quality for me:
Using IOS, dropped android
Spotify, there are better apps still
Quality settings are all at max, not auto in spotify app
Adjust the equalizer in spotify app while not connected to sync4...
Sunday: SoCal to Phoenix and back. 660mile round trip, little under 3/4 tank to get out and just shy of a tank towing back. Miles fly by in this thing!
The last two 3.5 eco boost engines I've had came in vehicles assembled in Kansas. The engines are assembled in Ohio, would be curious to know if they are just assembled there too or fully birthed. So much casting and forging is done outside of the US now it's silly.
You're not the only one, I've built and had many rear ends apart also, this collateral damage doesn't make sense. Spider Gears have a center pin that at least in my experience keeps the shafts from working too far inboard off the diff splines. Maybe Ford did away with that redundancy and saved a...
Yeah It's an easy forscan input. I will probably clear/reset the adaptive shift tables too once I get the speedo perfect. Stock sport rims also, thanks!
Can you get a Gen14 f150 with a 3.5 in a RCSB? My take on F150s if you lined them all up from a dig. All need to be 4x4, and if you did it back to back the RCSB5.0 would take the win the second time.
1 Supercab 3.5
2 Supercrew powerboost
3 RCSB 5.0
4 Supercab 5.0
5 Supercrew 3.5
