Stupid question, did you charge the small battery under the back seat? That fixed all of my issues.

I believe this is a known bug. I had a '21 302A that behaved perfectly. My '23 302A was miserable re: HVAC regulation. A friend of mine that also jumped into a '23 experienced the same thing.

I think this is really cool, and I'm all about upgrading trucks to handle more than what the factory says. Be prepared though, most users on this forum are going to berate you. Cool build, though, and I can't wait to see it done.

That's the good news, its pretty customizable to show what you want and how you want it. You can configure it so the tachometer is round like a typical one, and you definitely don't have to show all of that other nonsense.
