I am having this issue on my ‘23 Powerboost. 5 separate trips past week, 90*F outside and humid, with AC completely seizing up within 15 mins of each drive. Turning off and waiting even for 15-20 min did nothing. Wouldn’t work again until truck sat in garage overnight, and cooler air in morning...

I believe it’s the body panel. I think my best best it to take to my dealer and have them take a look. After driving the truck, it sounds like a lot has now drained out, I don’t hear as much, but I do not want to have rot issues down the road.

I did have the underbody sprayed. Must’ve clogged the drain holes. Is there a good reference on where I can find them to unplug

My truck is usually kept in the garage, but had it parked on the driveway with some heavy rains. Now, driving the car, I can hear water sloshing back-and-forth in the front passenger door. I assume this isn’t normal? Any thoughts?

It still runs the cabin heater full blast, just not the seat heaters. So it at least knows it’s “cold” outside.

Same here on my 23 PB Plat. Whether I remote start via fob or FP app, no heated seats. Setting in truck are for auto, was 28*F this morning. Seat heaters were also on when truck last driven. Glad to hear this isn’t just me. As far as I know this has never worked on my truck.

Just got a call from dealership, turns out the leak is transmission fluid coming from a faulty transmission pan. They expect to replace that tomorrow. Hopefully this hasn't caused any damage to the transmission on the less than 1 month old truck! Regarding the "coincidental" issue with AC...
