I see the updates section. But says FordPass has to be activated to see the details. I would assume a transport driver hit the button in the truck to activate it so people can see the info. Which isn’t the case for me.

On the website not the app? Mine is not activated but I can still see it on the site

And the FordPass App tells me the 'Activation is Pending', and that I must start the vehicle and hit the activation confirmation.

So... if that's what Bangheadhere is referring to, he's got some sort of special situation going on where his truck's already been activated. Unless he's referring to a different spot for the firmware update info?

So using the Mach E tracker I was able to see average length of travel time from Kansas to South Florida. Mine shipped on 8/7, and cars are arriving here anywhere from 10-14 days after that. Puts me at 8/17-8/21. Next Tuesday begins my daily nagging lol. The dealer is on my way home from work so its not out of the question for me to drive thru it every evening.

Like @Morinvok i also have a last update date for Sync. My blend was 8/4

New Theory: Maybe the reason some are seeing their firmware was updated and others are seeing 'Updates Unavailable' is because there was an update on 8/5. Those with blend dates on 8/4 or before had to get the 8/5 update, so their dashboard is showing their truck updated on 8/5. Those of us with blend dates of 8/5 onward had their trucks 'born' with the update already in place as part of the initial upload of the truck's 'brain', so we have no updates done yet and our dashboard shows updates 'unavailable', at least until there's an update on, like, 8/17 or something and our trucks then update and have update info to show.

I don't know, it's just a guess, but could be.

So what does it mean when Activate Vehicle shows up in the Ford App? Mine showed up today!!!!

How do I check my build week? When going to the ford vin checker I am not seeing it. The dealer, granger, stated I am scheduled for early oct, but how are you all able to see the estimated build date?

From what ive read they changed something on the sticker itself. my first sticker was 7/29 and second was 8/5. i saved them both and laid them over each other, there was no change for me.



Also, anyone from this build week take delivery yet? I hope mine is in by 8/17
