My blend day was 8/7 and the trackers still show “in production” as of now. Palsapp shows a freight bill #, but is still pending. On a positive note, I checked the VIN’s of all the trucks that are physically on the lot at my dealership in Minnesota on Palsapp, and all 4 of them show they were delivered in a span of 14-15 days after their respective blend dates of late June and early July.

There are 4 dealer stock orders with blend dates of 8/3 or 8/4, all showing in transit on the dealer website and same status as mine on Palsapp with freight bill #’s and pending.

I think the pattern I'm seeing is that Kansas City Trucks are moving right through, while Dearborn's are not (or the tracker isn't updating Dearborn builds).

Please correct me if I'm wrong guys!

I just got off a Chat on Ford Performance, https://performanceparts.ford.com/contact-us/
I ordered June 1 and received VIN a few days later. My build was set for week of July 26 but was pushed out according to the Dealer to week of Aug 30th. The person on the Chat shows an exact date of Sept 2 (KC Plant). Hoping it does not get pushed out again. The Chat is a good quick resource so as not to have to call the dealer for frequent updates.

Do trucks get built over the weekend? Just curious as my blend date was Sunday 8/8 so I'm guessing it could have been built yesterday or more likely early this week.

Do you have any idea why yours got pushed back? We have similar time frames. I ordered June 8, build week was 7/26 (KC). Mine is saying shipped on 8/2 but ETA delivery isn’t until 9/5.

Sounds like you got lucky! Shipping anything these days is a nightmare so I assume moving vehicles around the country is as well. From what I read, KC Plant closed 2 full weeks in July so that would account for mine being pushed out. Hoping it doesn't again!

KC Plant has been closed for 6 or 8 weeks in the last 5 months. Starting in April. Ive been waiting since March and have suffered through all the shut downs.

so I woke up to this today. I assume they rail them from Claycomo to Birmingham and the convoy trucks pick up there? ETA to dealer is 9/12 but I’m hoping end of this month.
I'm thinking this race isn't over..... Mine still shows "in production" and palsapp doesn't have details yet. I won't be surprised if your 9/12 shows up in front of my 9/2.

Maybe ?, since August KC has been moving along pretty good so far. Before August, I would have to say what I have noticed, most of the trucks, I have noticed were coming out of Dearborn. Like I told the (my) dealership about a week and a half to two weeks ago; 1) it seems most trucks are coming out of Dearborn because of the PowerBoost engine, 2) w/max tow package and everything else that kept coming out of Dearborn, 3) at the same time KC was slow moving, 4) KC shut down time was more than Dearborn time, 5) even though Ford kept saying low on chips, low on parts, low low low, but Dearborn was up more than KC, 6) so to me it seems that Ford was putting all their eggs (parts) in one basket (Dearborn), 7) the biggest thing I see between Dearborn & KC is; the Coyote 5.0 V8 Engine, FX4, Sport Appearance package and maybe the LARIAT Trim, 8)so my big question was who is doing all the ordering of parts for each of the manufacturing plants? The Lariat Trim is like the second biggest seller.

I have on order a KCAP Build; 4X4 Lariat SCREW 502A High 5.0 Coyote V8 Agate Black Sport Appearance FX4 Max Tow Package Trailer Tow Mirrors w/BLISS Electric Up & Down Remote Power Tailgate w/step Interior Work Surface BlueCruise 360 Cameras 2.0 Active Park Assist Twin Panel Moonroof Wheel Well Liners 18” 6-Spoke Gloss Black Wheels B&O Unleashed 18 speakers Pro Power Onboard 2KW Running Boards are the extras I ordered on my Lariat.

So, why is my build and others taking so long to build that are coming out of KC? Because Dearborn is pushing the new PowerBoost Engine, has less down time, has more parts etc. That’s my $0.02 worth on what I noticed and think. I do a lot of reading on this forum and F150forum that chat about the 2021 F150.

A couple hours ago, the trackers finally updated my status to built 8/8 with estimated delivery by 8/29. Just checked again and both trackers show “in production” with no ETA… lol.

My order is also V8, FX4 Lariat. Original build date given was week of 7/26...didn't happen. I called dealer last week and they told me it was pushed to week of Aug 30. This AM I sent an email to Ford Performance https://performanceparts.ford.com/contact-us/ and then did a live chat. They were very responsive, however, the response from Chat said I was scheduled for the "day of September 3rd, which would make sense with what the dealer told me. Then a few hours later I received an email saying my build date is schedule for "the day of August 23rd"....I like that response better but we shall see!

Mine updated to "shipped" this morning with dealer ETA being 9/6-9/12. Not sure how the trucks work in Automotive, but I work for a heavy equipment dealer and I get my factory inventory from Houston in less than a week.

Anyone know of a way to track from this point to the dealer?

Mine just updated with a Produced Date: 08/5/21, AND an Estimated Delivery Date (to Covington Indiana) of 8/21/21.... looks like I might have it for my Labor Day vacation after all! Yes!
