Dealer is corwin Ford reno. Don't have the other info with me and I'm at work for the night, unfortunately

Only found one Corwin Ford on that dealer code search and it's in WV I searched for Corwin Ford Reno dealer code and couldn't find anything.


I can't look up anything without that code. You'll have to get back with me on that. It will be on your order preview or order accaptence

Called the dealer again, got the runaround for order number and dealer code and was then told 8/9 build date and 45-60 days after that for delivery. I'm extremely unhappy and considering canceling, but im kind of stuck because of ford dropping the engine I want

Yep- that’s bizarre. When you place an order… the preview sheet you sign will have your order # and dealer code right on it. Did you not get that? Just ask them for your preview sheet for your records.

And… I don’t work for Ford but even I know too that a build date is only assigned once a VIN is assigned to your truck.

Last- who are you working with? If you aren’t comfortable calling the general manager of the dealership, then just call Ford USA/Canada and see what they can pull up in their system for you.

I was able to find your dealer code by searching their dealer inventory. I pulled a Vin# on a vehicle they had listed on their website, then searched it. Then I got their dealer code and then searched their F150 orders based on dates. Didn't see any dates or 4/26 so I just started looking around that time frame. Only took me about 10 minutes to find it by searching vehicle details of the orders.

OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH. you've told me more about my order than my dealer has I'm over the last few months. There's another local dealership out here, am I able to transfer the order at all? I'm really unhappy with what these guys have been doing

No problem. I was sitting here looking for your dealer code then I was like DUH, search their inventory and grab a Vin number and it will show up when you search the order history of that Vin#. I'm coming off working midnight shift and going back to days on Monday. My sleep and everything is all screwed up right now. ?


At this point, unfortunately no. However, I would go talk to that other dealer after you take delivery of your truck and tell them you're not happy with your dealer and I'm sure they will be more than happy to take care of you if you need anything or want to use them for service and if you need any (hopefully not) warranty work done.

Also, what's with the build date jumping back and forth. Is that normal? Lol I kinda just expected it to only keep hitting pushed back if anything

I can't do nights anymore. I only did it for a week so I could move to a different area on days. I had to go off shift in order to bump out the low guy on days. Can't just do lateral move.

All I have is an order number. 9859, Mac Haik Ford in Houston.
