Is this a transmission issues? 2023 tremor.

Its not throwing any codes at all. Is it something i can check even with no codes?

Kind of if you know the values and have a good DVM so probably not worth it.

A simple thing you can do is clean the throttle body butterfly valve with a rag and throttle body cleaner. Seems to me that the engine is either having trouble maintaining a steady RPM possibly due to above mentioned components being dirty or faulty or possibly the transmission torque converter clutch is slipping or shuddering under load.

Everything looks clean on the throttle body. My tuner thinks my torque converter may be slipping. I guess I'll put her in the shop. It just sucks to not be getting any codes and the transmission isn't heating up at all. Even towing the dang thing is rock steady on temp. Its driving me crazy lol.

RE the Throttle body looking clean. It is entirely possible for a thin, clear layer to build up on things. even if it looks clean, spraying in some cleaner is a good idea.

This is a short video of what my truck is doing when I hold the throttle at a constant position. It just started doing this a week ago. Under hard acceleration it shifts perfect no issues and no hunting.

Has anyone's truck ever acted like this and if so what was the culprit?

Thank you to everyone who tried to help with this issue. It was the torque converter. It was literally blown up somehow.... went ahead and did transmission and all though just to be safe.

Did you ever change spark plugs?
You had the trans rebuilt? Updated CDF drum?
