I use chemical guys and dont really have issues...but i do have some shinesupply soap thats pretty bad ass. i got their tire shine and trim stuff. impressed haha other than my neighbor i havent heard anyone else using shinesupply so curious about your take. thanks!

Oh brother don’t get me started. I’ll bug anyone and everyone about trying shine supply. Speaking of bug, I pour a little bug off in my windshield wiper resi and it helps clean the windshield nicely lmao. The flavors, I mean scents, are also top tier imo

Picked it up from the dealer after taking it in for a Service Engine wrench light on the dash and a shifter that would not always unfold when folded down. They are having to order the GSM and said it "may" be here on the 20th. I'll take it back after they get the parts in so they can swap out the GSM. Hope this isn't an indicator of issues coming up.

It seems to be pretty common. I had the same issue last month on my 24. My shifter always felt like it had a lot of play in it from day 1. My dealer found a module from another dealer and I got it back in a couple days. Shifter zero play in it, and no problems. Pretty sure that it‘s not a sign of things to come.

Took the chrome deflection/vent shades off the windows. The chrome hood deflector was removed and posted here earlier. I did not like the vent shades for two reasons: first it blocks visibility at the A posts and second I get too much dust, pollen and debris that gets blow in when left open.

Picked up some baselayer floor mats on Amazon before I realized they were a vendor here. I choose them because they look the easiest to clean, and I don’t know if I’ll be eating my words later, but I like the lack of giant ridges in them since I don’t get in the truck with muddy shoes. They also seem to fit really well and are pretty soft compared to other plasticky feeling floor mats.

Got my perfect cell phone holder. Not in the way of any vents, controls, cupholders, windshield, etc.

I regretted my decision today. I decided I was going to do my spray in bed liner. I watched a bunch of videos. I ordered everything I would need to make scuffing the paint as easy as possible. Saw a few videos where they said it would take roughly 3-4 hours. I was ready to go.

6 hours later, I was over it. But I had gone too far and there was no turning back now. I was invested and still not done.

8 hours later, I was wishing my future me was capable of speaking to my present me, to tell me what a bad decision I was making.

10 hours later, I was hearing it from the Mrs. But, I was finally done. The cleaning up ans removing masking tape and masking paper had begun. I could finally look at my finished work and think of all I could have done with that time and that paying for it to be done would have been well worth it. But, here's the finished product.
